1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Sol Harvest (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Sol Harvest is a decentralized compute network that allows users to share idle computing resources (“Providers”) and consume computing power for tasks (“Consumers”). Providers earn points and rewards for contributing compute resources.

3. User Accounts

  • You must be 18 or older to use the Service
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account
  • You must provide accurate and complete registration information
  • One account per user

4. Provider Responsibilities

  • You may only share compute resources you own or have explicit permission to use
  • You must not use the Service for any illegal activity
  • You must not attempt to damage, disrupt, or overload the network
  • You must not submit malicious code, malware, or harmful data
  • You may run the extension on multiple devices under the same account

5. Points and Rewards

  • Points are earned based on compute resources contributed and uptime
  • Points have no guaranteed monetary value and are not redeemable for cash
  • Sol Harvest reserves the right to modify the points system at any time
  • Fraudulent activity (spoofing resources, fake nodes) will result in point forfeiture and account suspension

6. Privacy

Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

Sol Harvest is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of points, or interruption of service.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, without refund of any points or rewards. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
